Now a days its became common to take multivitamin tabs regularly.Its compulsory to know few things about vitamins.These r broadly divided into 2 categories.
1.water soluble vitamins:All B- complex groups.
2.Fat soluble vitamins:Vitamins:A,D,E,K.
